Professional Experience
Kernel
Lead Developer • Neurotechnology Clinical & Research Software
I was the lead engineer (hands-on, small team—no people management) behind Kernel’s primary R&D software: a real-time, websocket-driven platform used daily to develop, test, and iterate on our neurotechnology hardware systems. I built end-to-end experiences across React/TypeScript/CSS and Python—tight feedback loops, high-signal dashboards, and tooling that made complex research workflows feel usable. I also helped design and ship Kernel’s first clinical software to the App Store as the company brought its first device to market.
Aircam
Founding Developer • Consumer Photo-AI Mobile Software
As a founding developer, I designed and built the attendee-facing mobile web app for live event photo-sharing—where guests could see high-quality photos moments after capture. Because events have one photographer but many viewers, I obsessed over the mobile web experience: speed, reliability, and a “feels native” UI for real-time browsing and discovery. I owned the product end-to-end in a lean team, integrating with our camera→iOS pipeline and delivering under the very real constraints of event day.
Apple
Developer • App Store & iTunes Software
At Apple (App Store & iTunes), I built internal tools used by App Review, Editorial, and other teams to improve approved-app quality and reduce review cycle time. I also created autonomous review systems that deployed submissions onto real device farms, “played” through apps without human input, and generated structured signals that fed directly into review workflows (including auto-reject triggers). Alongside that, I contributed to internal component/SDK efforts and won an iTunes hackathon with the prototype that seeded what later became App Clips.
Krafted By Us
Developer • Freelance Application Software
Krafted By Us was my early freelance studio chapter: shipping polished websites and small applications for real clients, with high standards and fast iteration loops. I handled design + build + delivery, learned how to scope and communicate clearly, and developed the “make it simple, make it solid, make it beautiful” approach I still bring to every engagement.
My Companies & Education
Music Maketh
Foundational Creative AI Made from Art for Artists
AI creativity and alignment. I’m building Music Maketh (Mind): a research-and-product studio exploring “Musical Intelligence”—using music and art as a foundation for more curious, creative, and humane AI. The work spans new models, tools, and experiences (Muses, Tuners, Notes), alongside ongoing neuromusicology and alignment R&D—aimed at helping people create, understand, and feel more deeply through music + AI.
Advanced Engineered Software ($ENGI)
Decentralized, Autonomous Software Engineering Creation & Exchange
AI coding and cryptocurrency. Engi is my open-source AI + crypto experiment: “easy software engineering for Earth.” It started as a decentralized gig economy for coders, then evolved toward an AI-native system for creating, objectively measuring, and exchanging software engineering work—pushing into autonomous engineering agents with real procurement and execution capabilities.
Boston University College of Fine Art
Bachelor of Music in String Performance • Studies in Computer Science
I earned a Bachelor of Music in string performance while also studying fine art and computer science. That mix shaped how I build: technical rigor with artistic intent—treating software like composition, where craft and taste matter as much as correctness.
Additional Alternative Education
Galvanize Hack Reactor (Full-Stack Application Development) • Stanford Professional Development (Computer Science)
I completed Galvanize Hack Reactor (full-time immersive full-stack development) and continued with Stanford professional development in computer science—rounding out a very practical, ship-focused foundation in modern web engineering.
Personal Project Explorations
Ino • Beam • Wolograms • Shred
Ino — iOS news app using semantic analysis to detect and filter opinionated reporting. Beam — AR “Find My Friends” style spatial social exploring. Wolograms — experiments in real-world display for 3D video. Shred — frictionless winter equipment rental. And more mad experiments...
